§ 1 Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between mrocon GmbH (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer regarding services and products offered on the website mrocon.at.
§ 2 Contract Conclusion
The contract is formed by the customer's order and the Provider's acceptance. For online purchases, acceptance occurs upon payment confirmation.
§ 3 Services
The scope of services is defined by the service description on the website or by individual agreement. The Provider performs its services according to the current state of the art and with the due care customary in trade.
§ 4 Prices and Payment
All prices are in Euro (EUR) and include statutory VAT (20%), unless stated otherwise. Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website (Stripe: credit card, SEPA, PayPal, etc.).
§ 5 Support Retainer (Subscriptions)
Support retainers are monthly subscriptions. Minimum term is 1 month. Cancellation is possible at any time with effect at the end of the month. Unused hours expire at the end of the month and are not carried over.
§ 6 Liability
The Provider is liable only for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Liability is limited to the contract value.
§ 7 Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
§ 8 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. For details, see our Right of Withdrawal notice.
§ 9 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Austrian law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Austria.
§ 10 Final Provisions
If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Amendments to these Terms will be announced by email with reasonable notice.
