14-Day Withdrawal Right for Consumers
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of contract conclusion.
How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or post):

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. For the reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Special Note — Services
If you have requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to the services already rendered by the time you notify us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal, in comparison with the full scope of the services agreed in the contract.
Special Note — Digital Content
The right of withdrawal lapses for contracts for the supply of digital content (e.g. software downloads) if we have begun performance of the contract after the consumer has expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and the consumer has confirmed that they are aware they will lose their right of withdrawal by giving such consent.
Applicable Law
Austrian law applies exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is Austria.
